You won't be disappointed. In this price range they'll trump anything from Sennheiser, Sony, TDK, Beats, V-Moda, etc.
I own these and their bigger cousins the SHL 3300; both sound the same to me and both are on par with stuff that costs around $100 or so.
Just one thing, they're supra-aural, meaning the pads press against your ears to support themselves, unlike circumaural headphones which enclose your ears fully and clamp onto your head. It's not everyone's cup of the tea but the sound coming out of these is more than worth $22 dollars.
