    also you claim 3800mah at 7.2v while using nimh batterys? is there even genuine 3800mah batteries available?

      I have stated the battery is aftermarket replacement for neato robotics. If the item dead on arrival we pay all replacement costs including return postage. We have sold lots of these battery on the ebay, you can check the feedback. Thanks.

        that is completely avoiding the point. you claim its 3800mah. if it falls short of 3800mah will you still pay all costs associated with your dodgy claims?

      OP, can you confirm the dimensions of the battery pack? I fail to see which NiMH cells are worth $12.50 each….

        They're a 4/3 AF battery.
        Ebay has them for ~$6 a piece from the US however shipping may be a killer.

    Sounds like a reasonable price if the batteries are decent.

    The replacement one's I got from US last year were around the same price delivered (with a stronger $AU). They are about 9 months in and starting to struggle, despite supposedly having a larger capacity than the originals (which lasted about 14 months)

    Hi Store Rep - thanks for offering this deal. Can you confirm that these battery packs have the connecting cable and plug attached? The web-page illustration doesn't show them and I'm wondering whether they're simply out-of-shot in the image or whether we need to attach our old ones? Clarification would be much appreciated.
