    I have previously used 123cheese.com and am quite satisfied with their service. Also, they usually have quite big discounts like any hardcover photobook (including A3 100 pages - Please correct me if I am wrong) for $26 delivered.

    It just arrived today. The quality is wonderful (I optimised the photos in Lightroom prior to importing into the photobook software :) )
