I'd rather not comment on other offers in the public domain, however if you'd like to discuss it via PM, I'd be more than happy to explain and break down how they might not be such great deals after all.

Hi OP, how much for 1 room + 1 living room + hallway? I haven't got it done before. How long does it take to dry and do we need to move the furnitures ourselves or will the cleaner do it?

1 room + 1 living room would be covered by the offer hence it would cost $49.
A hallway as part of our normal pricing is $30.
The drying depends on the method used - encapsulation would take roughly 2 hours while hot-water extraction will be 6-7 hours. The technician usually advises upon inspection as to which method would be more suitable however the final decision rests with you.
It would be very helpful if the furniture was moved prior to our arrival as it would aid the process however we have no problem assisting you with moving it if you require help.
Can you elaborate if the cleaning aims to remove stains (obviously this depends on the type of stain) ?
Yes, stain removal is included in the offer. We do attempt to remove all stains however without knowing the origin and the nature of the stain we cannot promise with absolute certainty that we can get rid of it.
