  • $1 cheaper at NetPlus, same at Umart, Gamedude & PC Shopper…

Seems like a normal price, not a bargain…

  • I swear, this guy is just trying to better his odds at winning the weekly comp.

And guess which price comes up cheapest on staticice. MSY.

Lazy post and not a bargain.

      weekly comp?

just put it up to see if anyone had bought one of these, did it more for myself than anyone else. But i thought it was alright.

I thought the forums were more for this type of post if its just asking for guidance or to get confirmation that you did yourself a good purchase (ie to convince yourself you hadn't made a bad purchase) (as opposed to telling people that there is a great bargain). You never asked what did people think (of cause you may have got comments or votes (so got some feedback which is what you have now said was your real purpose of posting it)).

  • It's a good deal, I just brought two a couple of weeks ago for some servers and they were around the $175 mark without the cashback

  • out of curiosity, can anyone verify (through past experience) that acer would uphold cashback offer to MSY and/or NetPlus?

BTW, I do think that is a pretty good price for a average quality ~19" monitor assuming cashback is valid

    • no problem with cash back from MSY here - 3 monitors in the past year.

      cheers

  • was going to go -ive just because its the same price ever where. i don't mind that its there standard price, just not that much better than anyone else.

but for 120 i'd consider this a good for a 18.5" monitor although the max res is shocking.

  • LOL and this tool gave me a negative when I posted a legit deal.

  • +1

Shocking resolution + no DVI = not a bargain.

FYI Harris tech had 90 in stock 19" HP monitors a couple of weeks ago for $129.

It was 1440 x 900 resolution and had DVI.

    • Good points.

  • As always, whether this is a deal depends on the opinion of the poster. I think it's a deal because I want a cheap flat screen monitor to replace my elephant sized compaq 7500. At $120 I'd challenge anyone to find a cheaper name brand flat screen. Perfect for my needs so stop whingeing.
