A UK company that stock mainly Philips and OSRAM branded "performance" (brighter) and "styling" (blue) bulbs. Good prices (with the 20% discount) compared to prices here.
I've purchased from them before and shipping took about 2-3 weeks.
Depends though, they do have logic to back them up on that statement.
Better to predict and prevent than to let it happen.
Its like when they recommend for you to change the battery on Smoke Detectors every year when most of the time they last 1.5-2yrs. It would be very interesting to say to your relatives, my kids died because I was too stingy to replace the batteries.
You should replace them in pairs though, if i remember correctly they get less bright over time, so you will have uneven light on both sides.
Annual might be extreme, but a 2 year basis is more accurate.

I posted something similar a few weeks ago. Just a reminder to everyone that there are cheaper sites out there, which are apparently owned by PowerBulbs, but trading under different names. The other sites don't have as big range as PowerBulbs, but still cheap.
PowerBulbs on eBay is also cheaper apparently.
Having said all this, I've purchased from Powerbulbs on 2 separate occasions and they've been fantastic. I changed my mind on the OSRAMS and wanted to change it to the Philips (which was more expensive) and they swapped it for free, no additional charge. They also offered to give the 20% discount even though the offer was expired.

Yeah right!
