Well the $12 credit with hoyts tickets are back up again, last offer has expired, so hurry before it sells out again. The credit now has been extended till 18th May 2014 instead of its initial 2 weeks.

TIP: These groupon offers seem to be out weekly, This is the 3rd or 4th time the offer has been available.
The groupon credit can be used to purchase credits again after the offer has finished.

Since it is limited to 2 purchases per account, therefore, if you purchase 2 x $12 credits, you will receive a total of $24 credits in your Groupon account.

    South Bank Cineplex Cinemas Brisbane,$8.50 all day and $4.50 for pensioners. Pretty sure a large Popcorn and Coke is about $5.50 for the two. So good deal op, but I will stick to this bargain at South Bank.

      Yes, you can.. I used my previous credit to buy the deal again. But Groupon has become smart, they have not yet credited the new $12 credit to my account yet, probably they will do it once this deal is over, or else I will go into buying this deal infinity

          correct, that is the only way. I think people mean if you want two tickets for $12, you have to save teh $12 and wait till the next time this deal is on (if it does come on again)

    Also I am pretty sure that if you purchase through the Cash Rewards link to Groupon, you get rewards for your initial purchase, and again when you use up your $12 credit. It all adds up (total 8% rebate in fact!) Don't forget that it is transacted in $US so watch out for exchange rate/bank fees!

    Yes it does work, your credits are not restricted, treat your credits like real money, The inly fall back is that it expires next month on the 18th.

      Be sure you use it by the end of 17th May.Last time,it expired on 31st March,couldn't use it on that day.

        That was their technical issue - I mailed them and they gave the credit back with another 7 days validity. Few others also got that..

          Yeah I mailed them and got the credit back for another week too. It should still be valid on the expiry date, and they agreed it was a glitch, and were happy to extend the credit for 7 days more.

          because you can't use the PDF print out in MYgroupons to redeem the voucher at Hoyts. Hoyts vouchers are different from the ones in PDF. ps. i didn't neg you.

          I actualy neged it. Just didnt want anyone to get misled. you ll need to wait for few days to get the actual E-tickets in your email, print them and take to cinema. cant use the pdf file.

    I'm sure its been mentioned here a couple of times cwong, the PDF is not the voucher and won't work.

    You have to wait for an email from admin@showbusiness which will contain the voucher to print along with ticket number and online redemption pin which will allow you to book online.

    Just tried to redeem my $12x2 groupon credit, which should expire midnight tonight 18-May (currently 4.52pm 18-May) and it says my credit is already expired, wtf?
