Has flying to New Zealand ever been cheaper? I initially thought these prices must have been errors.

Anyway, plenty of seats available. Sale ends midnight 21st April.

        Yes. For these sale fares we get exactly the same pricing/availability as Jetstar.com.

    Has flying to New Zealand ever been cheaper?

    American Airlines discontinued there melb-auck run about 15years ago and flogged off their last remaining seats for $159.

      There were $155 return GC -> C'church a couple years back after the earthquakes, but that's to be expected.

    Melb-SYD Ret $58 is for flights to Melb (Avalon) only.
    What most people would want are flights to Melb (Tullamarine).

    The cost of getting from "Avalon to City" as opposed to "Tullamarine to City" basically makes your saving negligible.
