    I bought the "Basics" version last time they were on special:

    I've been using it as the HDD for my set-top box since October last year, no problems.

    Price then (not the same model as this one) was US$99.99 plus US$8.79 delivery, total US$108.78. Bought through Paypal and 28 degrees card (in US$), credit card was charged AU$113.87 on 25/10/14.

  I bought the $75 1.5TB portable hdd from the officework's deal. When this hard drive hits the $100 mark I might consider getting another one
