    Star Wars sale also :)

I just bought the star wars collection after seeing that! Thanks!

As much as I don't mind COD(it's not as bad as people say it is.. it just the same game over and over) I would never pay Steam prices for it. Activision seem to be the only company that thinks charging 68 dollars for a 5 year old game as a sale price is acceptable.

Wow I just bought MW2, Blops and Blops 2 for only just over $200. What a bargain!

  • MW2 for $68 what a crock of shite. Price from other retailers in US are about half that, or even one-third.
Thanks for telling us about the free weekend though.

    • Arnt Half the COD Games Like $18 now brand new, and you can get them for under $10 pre-owned,
And to think that those COD prices aren't Normal price but sale price WOW

      • MW2 was $20 at Amazon last I checked.
MW3 and Blackops 1 can be had for $10 during store clearance.

    • (profanity)! I read that as mech warrior 2. Ill go get my walking stick.

Ahem Here are the Call of Duty prices with and without the "Australia Tax":

    Call of Duty®: Ghosts
AU: $60.29 USD vs US: $40.19

    Call of Duty
    Same price of $14.99 USD

    Call of Duty: United Offensive
    Same price of $14.99 USD

    Call of Duty® 2
    Same price of $14.99 USD

    Call of Duty® 4: Modern Warfare®
AU: $37.49 USD vs US: $14.99

Call of Duty: World at War
AU: $29.99 USD vs US: $14.99

    Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 2
AU $67.49 USD vs US: $14.99 (are they f***ing serious??)

    Call of Duty®: Black Ops
AU: $67.49 USD vs US: $29.99

    Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3
Same price (for some reason???) of $29.99 USD

Call of Duty®: Black Ops II
AU: $67.49 USD vs US $44.99

So yeah… I highly recommend that nobody put up with this crap from Activision. Until they start making their prices equal in Australia (or at least very, VERY close) there's no way I'm buying anything from them.

$15 for COD1 and it doesn't even include the expansion? I feel that other publishers would probably sell you COD1, UO and 2 in a pack for $15… Even if they didn't apply the Australia tax these games are still expensive for such old titles.

    • like they would even notice…
doing nothing is not going to get much attention on the issue…
