No stock at Melbourne QV, Elizabeth Street or Collins street (even though the website says they have stock). QV was willing to price match before realising they didn't have stock. Called to order, but they won't price match over the phone due to different model number? If anyone finds stock in Melbourne please let me know!
had a massive argument with collins st officeworks last week - they wont price match MSY claiming that they have differnet warranties…dreadful customer service keeping me waiting for 30 mins to tell me that as well
Had the same argument at the same place. QV was totally prepared to do it, but had no stock. I bought it from MSY in the end.
officeworks are (profanity) when it comes stock. make sure u call up before going down and that they have brand new stock in store. just cos it say online 'in stock' can mean they have only refurb or returned units
