Breakthrough mission pack - A secret gathering is underway. The Chicago Club is negotiating power with Corporate CEOs.
The Club has hired scramblers to block surveillance devices.
Drive around the city to find the scramblers and take them out.
Retrieve all names from the meeting and upload their images to the world.

  I would hold my horses.. it is not like every one has the Quar core CPU 8 GB ram machine to play this thing…

  I got everything but the CPU :(

  I will wait til proper tests being run and a few more patches for the game before getting it on PC.
