Your uni must be in the top 500, if your email address is in the format [email protected] try [email protected] it worked for me. (Although my account existed on their system before the Outlook.com stuff)

      Only the one that looks like [email protected] worked.
      Anything with [email protected] did not work.

        I tried using my alumni address and it didn't work. Judging from the comments in this thread, it seems that the format has to be [email protected]. I.e. it doesn't accept a subdomain?

    Worked with UTAS (yes somehow in top 500). Just had to take out the postoffice part of the address i.e. "[email protected]".
