Because JB Hi Fi is also having 15% off all cameras, the dude I spoke to in store [Kotara] said he could "do a deal" for cash price ($189). I suppose that would depend on your store and how your negotiating skills are however.

Has previously been shown on here for $205 delivered from Bing Lee but seems to be listed at $207 at the moment

  82-315mm full frame equivalent.

  Great price, but a weird zoom range. Too long at the short end for a travel lens and too short at the top end to be a wildlife shooter.

    What are you smoking? Every DSLR manufacturer has a classic 75-300mm zoom telephoto lens.

  55-200mm lenses are quite common on all APS-C systems.
  So this one is pretty much one of them.
  Local stock and warranty for $203 is a reasonably good deal.
  210mm zoom on crop sensor is good enough for a moderate distance wildlife shooting.
  PS if you can bring i down to $189, then it is worth getting it for sure (depending on what you want and your budget, of course).

  Just a heads up if you go on bing lee chat and ask for a better price they also offer it for $189 pickup at a store of your choice, I got it the other day.

  The everyday price at a number of stores like Bing Lee or VideoPro, has been $199 since last year, and less if you haggle…
  It seems more like JB are just bringing their price down in line with the competition ;-)
