  • OP: put city in title if not national deal. Looks like waste of time for most of Australia.

Looks like a waste of time if you want to eat something edible!

      • Wow! If all you can say about a restaurant is it's food is "edible!" I'm not missing anything. I was looking for a good deal on great food - NEAR ME!

Geographic limitation on deals should be predominantly displayed. It's a vital part of this deal. Those outside deal area can avoiding clicking through just to decipher locations in t&c & find deal is useless to them.

Newbie fail not to list geographic limitation on a deal (when you you can only get deal by visiting outlets in 1 city) - in title or prominently in start of description. But you aren't new with 30 deal posts, so why refuse to tell us which city in title so the rest of Australia can avoid it's only "edible" fare ;-)

So you can't even be bothered to read the description?

      • Read title & description - no city listed.

Common courtesy to desribe limitations of location on deal, so it doesn't waste time of those living outside or not travelling to that city.

Why should a major detail be hidden as suburbs in t&c, rather than city name in title or at least in description?

It is necessary to click on deal to display full description, which lists locations but not the city. There are many Chinatowns in Australia, otherwise you need to know that city's suburb names!

If I list a few suburbs, would you know which city I was referring to? It's easy to forget most of Australia lives outside your city & does not know it like a local. This is OZBargain.

As restaurants can only be accessed within certain location($), put city in title. Otherwise it's just a waste of time for most.

I am with Bruce there, it should list location as per guide lines.
Even if it's not a rule it should be common courtesy. This site serves all of Australia and it would be helpful to other members to give them a heads up where the deal only applies.

        • And it's of greater use to those close to deal to know it in their area. Win-win to include location in title where that is part of deal criteria.

    • Updated post :)
