        Sorry for so many trouble caused.

        As far as I know,the item should support Toyota Landcruiser V8 and Mazda6 2006,and your installation steps are also right according to your information.

        Sorry for the late reply.

        foobar is right.The app is Torque,not Topque.Sorry for the typing error.

        Did you have your car running when the device plugged in your car?

        The device should be compatible with your Hyundai Elantra 2005 model and your phone model HTC One M7.And you also said the torque app does initiates connections.If your car is running but the OBD neither reading values nor have any lights.It looks like the item itself is not working.Then we will issue full refund to you.

        I have tried to do what ever I can, but it just doesn't respond. How long do u think it would take if u post another working OBD?
        I live in Melbourne.
