  Is anyone else not a fan of Chur Burger?

  I preferred Grill'd but this is free.

  EDIT: I thought Chur Burger was located on 48 Albion St? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    Chur is okay

    But Grill'd is honestly one of the worst burgers you can buy for that price. The beef is dry, they put all sorts of stuff in it, the bread is terrible.

        For most Australians the burger they love reminds them of the corner shop burger they grew up with. So when people make recommendations here that's their frame of reference - to each to their own I guess but it's not really up to scratch to the American style burgers, which are quite specific - no binders in the patty, a certain type of bread and cheese, pickle etc.

        Mary's is very inconsistent. I've had good and bad. The good is like a better version of a mcdonalds cheese burger, which isn't a totally bad thing I guess but it's tiny and for that price it doesn't make much sense.

        Ribs and Burgers makes a good BBQ flavoured burger.

        Stitch has a very nice American grill style burger with a fat patty.

        Jazz City Milk bar is worth a try for a more classic diner style hamburger.

        Stay away from Rockpool. The beef is good (It's David Blackmore wagyu - difficult to screw up) but it's like they've forgotten about everything else - terrible bread, fries, sauce etc.

        The pizza in this city has become pretty good in the past 7-8 years or so…it's time for burgers to do the same.
