Seems like a new service as it has no reviews.

    I don't see how this saves you one dollar. They will only diagnose for free, the 'repair' is still billed and a 30 day guarantee is reasonably worthless. Also, remote diagnostics will only ever find a quite limited subset of potential PC issues (usually the same types of things you can find yourself with some earnest Googling).

    while they are remotely connected to your PC they will extract your passwords, browser history, photos, documents. All that for free? wow, a real bargain here ;-)

      yehhh… reminds me of the fake telstra techs that called home phone n said 'you have a virus on your computer and we need to remotely connect to get rid of it, otherwise we will terminate your internet connection'.. so to troll them, i asked for personal details and they wouldnt tell me then asked for their manager, he was bout to say 'your account name is… they suddenly hangup LOL…

    newegg.com is a bad company, they rip Australians off. They over price their products,services and downloads if you have an Australian address. I received an email offering me a deal for 59.99 on a sata hard drive with free shipping but when I put in my shipping address, the price changed to 159.00 plus 17.00 shipping. I will never purchase anything from them again.
