I went with the Takashi as I can add more knives to the block, where as the Millenium has only 6 slots that are filled.
The Millenium has 6 knives vs 5 with the Takashi (though it comes with a Ceramic Sharpener, which will probably never get used as I also bought the minsharp with the set).
They have in common:
8 cm Peeling Knife
11 cm Utility Knife
14 cm Vegetable Knife
20 cm Cook's Knife
Takashi has a cermic sharpener and a 22cm bread knife
Millenium has 15 cm Serrated Utility Knife and 10 cm Paring Knife
I went to grab this yesterday but when I went in found out that the Ikasu set is on sale for $275 in store only from next week which doesn't include the knife sharpener but IMO is a nicer block and comes with:
