Was told that the dry bags will only be restocked at the end of June.
Asked if they could offer anything for the wait, and got the 8% off code.
Perhaps someone could use it?

    i will not buy anything again from gearbest - the shower bluetooth speaker was "sent" more then 5 weeks a go - lodged paypal dispute and they placed a dummy tracking number - was caught out to different address also…

    • They sent me 20 refund emails… would not buy from them.

      Oh there's no problem posting.
      It's good that you have.
      But there does seem to be an issue with gearbest.
      I'm also waiting for the speaker & have lodged a PayPal dispute (to make sure i'm within the 45 day (?) deadline).

    • The negs aren't for you or the code you provided. Thank you for providing it, it'd be a good little bargain if it were for any other company. Sadly GearBest don't have a good rapport here, and as per the neg voting guidelines one can negative vote a post if they have major issues with the company. I too have been waiting for weeks for an item to arrive, they don't reply to emails, and I'm just about to log a dispute with PayPal. I wouldn't advise anyone do any business with them.

  • I too ordered something on April 19th, had it marked as "shipped" on the 5th of May and haven't received it. Their page says 5-11 business days for delivery. It's been 28 business days since it was marked "shipped" and about 38 business days since it was ordered.

    I accept your apology for the inconvenience you have caused me over something as minor as a crappy $10 speaker.

    However:

    1. I have already been in contact with you via PayPal, and all you did is give me a tracking number that made no sense to me, and told me to wait.

    2. I appear to be far from alone in not receiving the item, which makes me wonder whether it has been sent at all.

    3. I have already asked for a refund, and you have effectively declined.

    4. Asking everyone who may complain on this site for their order details isn't quite dealing with whatever systemic problem you have, and in any case i don't want you matching my order with my OB identity.
