      Budget Pet Products has Pay Pal as a payment option so I don't know why you would pay for a trackable item. If the item doesn't turn up you raise a PayPal dispute, but my guess is it wouldn't have to get to that. The post in Australia is extremely reliable, compared to world standards, so that's probably why BPP doesn't force a shipping option onto the consumer if they don't want it.

      No matter which way you want to present the skinned cat cheapest product is cheapest product and you don't have it.

    Could have saved myself a few buck as well but now I know for future purchases.

    As for the Tracking claim from the Rep, I think thats just for their benefit in proof of delivery but if it came down to a charge back the bank wants more than that afaik. Even the signature has to match.

    I normally have Santa Claus sign for mine.
