I copied these instructions from 94 falcon
To access the Russian Origin store follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Firefox or Chrome
Step 2: Get the Hola (VPN extention) Addon
Step 3: Go to the Origin website as per normal and log in
Step 4: Switch the region of the Hola addon to Russia and the Origin website should change to the Russian one automatically and you will still be logged in to Origin.
Step 5: Add Titanfall which should be RU 599,50
Step 6: Follow the prompts and Proceed to checkout and pay either via Paypal or Credit Card

  I've heard that Origin may block your account from purchasing from another region's Origin store (so no DLC, Origin sales). Any developments since then?

    I bought this game from their Mexican store. Within 24hrs (and hating the game) I requested a refund and they refunded me happily as well, knowing every other 10 or so titles in my library were not from that region.

      Same here. Bought it from the Mexican store and also hated it. Refunded immediately.

  I followed the instruction above and I didn't get success. I used my Amex and then it said "We were unable to process your payment at this time. Use a different payment method or try again later" in Russian. I tried Visa and failed again.BTW I didn't try to buy Titan fall, the game I tried is Medal of Honor Warfighter. Anyway the VPN is great, I got Battlefield 3 from US Amazon for $24.99 through it.

  UPDATE 1:I tried to purchase the game directly in the Origin, which gave me same waring as I saw on Russian Origin, SO weird.I bought something else online later and it worked fine.
  UPDATE 2:I got the game through Australian Origin by Paypal, but there is no Paypal option on Russian site.
