Getting one for my E-PL3 to make it more compact, should fit in the pocket nicely. I don't think the quality is very good, however it is a very good price.
Hello, yes the benefit of this lens is the size, and makes your mirrorless camera almost pocket size.For this price it is very good.
They are very cheaply made. There's no electronic contact with the camera body and hence, no auto-focus. Instead, you focus manually by setting a slider with 3 focus positions - close (0.3m), infinity and hyperfocal (anything between 1.5m and infinity is rendered sharp by the f/8 aperture). From a distant if you don't use a viewfinder, people may just assume that you're checking your images on the screen rather than taking a snapshot. IQ is so-so as can be expected from most cap lenses. The centre is sharp but the edges are decidedly soft.

DigiDirect have it on sale for $543 before cashback & I can walk there. I'm not in WA so would need it delivered, so that may well be too much to ask.
I bought it today from JB Hifi for $465. I didn't buy anything else so it wasn't part of a bigger deal or anything. They have it advertised for $499. And, yes, that's the price I paid them, so it's before cashback.
