    You can get it jumpin'
    You can get it pumpin'
You can get it pressin' a suit
A hard earned thirst needs a big cold beer
And the best cold beer's Chang
    A LONG COLD CHANG

    You can get it liftin'
    You can get it shiftin'
You can get it any old how
Matter o' fact, I got it now

    CHANG LAGER!

I doesn't have the same ring to it…

    • That's cause it's probably more appropriate if the slogan referred to a beach in Thailand or just on every occasion there cause its cheap :)

      • i'd rather drink chang than VB to be honest

  • +1

A good-ish for the price red to add for the free delivery.

    https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_902284/de-bortoli-s…

  • Not having experiencing a Chang! I am curious as to whether it is any good?

    • +1

It's just a Lager.. It's fine, but nothing special about it.
      Good price though.

    • Not a full flavor beer, but a good easy drop. YMMV

    • It's slightly better than the standard Carlton, VB etc. For this price would be wrong not to have some sitting around for when people come over or for those occasions when you just want to knock back a quick, cool one.

  • Thanks got myself 2 cases. Didn't blink like I did with the last deal.

Price shows as $29.99 for the 500ml cans in the Checkout, added a cheap wine with coupon, then after logging in and supplying my address the price for the cans jumps to: $57.99…
    Anyone else have this problem?

EDIT: Same problem with the Longnecks, towards the end of the checkout the price jumps to $41.99

    I am in Sydney

    • The discount will be applied when you get to stage 3 - payment.

    • Same for me…

  • Grabbed two slabs, hopefully it's not too close to expired. Cheers.

    • Received mine already past the Best before date. Waste of time and money. I know you can probably drink it, but life's too short to drink expired beer.

      • Kudos to Dans. Refunded no questions asked.

  • Can you select a delivery window so you know you'll be home with Dan's?

    • +1

No but you can leave delivery instructions which they sometimes follow.

      • Thanks - I'm guessing they typically deliver from 9-5ish, so if i'm not home from 7am-6pm i'm probably SOL.

    If my maths serve correct;

    24x 500mL @ $30 = $2.50 per litre
    12x 640mL @ $22 = $2.86 per litre

    • yes the 24 pack is the better deal.

  • All stock at Bull Creek as ms says is 26th June best before.

Just in time, finished the last of the PBR Pabst Blue Ribbon.

  • Can't seem to get a case of the longnecks anymore, every time I try it says it's be reduced to 1 bottle

    Any ideas?

    • Call the store and ask if they will substitute something else to give you case price.
My local DM has done this.

  • -1

Not the 6.3% stuff I was drinking in Bangkok last weekend so ill pass!

  • bought a box of each, click and collect, collected in a hurry, got them home and found out they've dudded me on 500ml cans and instead gave me 330ml bottles (value $38.99). They were probably out of stock on the 500ml cans.

dilemma whether i argue with them as I'm still in front with 330s at 29.99…

    • you would probably take it if the best before date is good.

      • that was the way i was leaning… best before on the 330s is well into next year.
(best before on the 640s is a mix of dates over the next few weeks - one could assume the 500s would have been the same)

  • I picked up one slab worth of 500ml at East Malvern VIC and a second slab worth at Malvern VIC at 7pm. Bought four shrink-wrapped six packs at each location as they did not have boxed can slabs out but price was $30 nonetheless. Cashier was impressed by the deal when the price came up. This will last a good long while. Kap un kap!!!
