    Bought a camera 10 days ago and the advertised price on the website DOES NOT include GST. Plus it says the product is in stock and fast delivery but I have not received it to date. It's been 10 days and it's been waiting on warehouse fulfilment since a week ago. I will be more careful next time when buying from this store. Good price but no guarantee on delivery.

    Hey all,
    Be weary of mobileciti (sydney) practices
    They will sell you used goods as new. They have sticker seals in the back room to replace any opened seals.
    I went in stores to buy an item but it was the last one and opened. The rep told me it was a testing unit (wtf) and then when he couldn't find another one he went and got a sticker to seal up the product.

      Just to clear that we do not provide manufacture seal or sticker of any kind. We do also sell demo or used phones so if we have already mentioned the last one is a opened one, then it is a opened one.

      The only situation that you may see a double seal on the box is the manufacturer/distributor would perform software update on a batch of phones that has a software issue. They would open and double seal it.

      When you are not comfortable with the condition at a transaction, we are always happy for you to check the physical condition of the package before you pay.

      But we definitely do not apply manufacturer seal or stick on a box.

        I saw the guy do it. The product seal was broken and the serial number was the same. He took it to be back room and it was magically sealed up (double seal).

          Upon receiving your invoice. We have conducted detail investigation with the related staff on the date. We confirm that our team did not conduct such act.

          Our staff first took the S5 wireless charging case off the display shelf for you and you not happy about it being opened. You mention you want to give it as a present. Then our staff went to the store room and got you unopened sealed one, then put the open one back on the display shelf. You have checked the condition on the spot before you leave the shop. Throughout the entire process, no seal has been re-applied.
