  • Maximum of 2 vouchers per person

    • Thanks.. Edited.

  • catch of the day have lots of negative comments on productreview.com.au

    • on here too…

    • My personal experience with COTD is they take a couple of weeks to deliver, but they do deliver.

Made 10 orders there over time, everything's been received in new condition and worked as it should.

Just don't get caught up in the days where COTD advertise they're selling items at unbelievable prices (forget the name they call these sales, but COTD give these sales a unique name), because the items being sold at those prices are extremely limited and sell out in seconds which leads to lots of frustrated, dissatisfied people who unfortunately miss out.

Sometimes they have some gems though, for example their recent deal for Turtle Beach PX-51s at $99 with free delivery and a $20 COTD voucher, that was a damned good deal which lasted for a number of days.

is it if I buy any in there, I ll get 50% money back?

      Voucher

      • Thanks for reply. I want to buy a laptop for $1k + , but not sure if they give back half of it or just 2 voucher of $100 each. Sorry for my bad english

        • max voucher $100, makes no difference if you purchase $200 vs $1000.

  • I located some joggers on COTD I want to buy through a search, but they weren't located in the EOFY sports apparel link. Does that mean if I buy them I won't get a voucher?

  • So effectively 33% off ? (eg. buy $150 worth of stuff for $100)

    • It should be 50% off if you can spend the voucher before july 30, Maximum voucher value $100 each

      • Nah… it is 33% off only. It feels like 50% off (just marketing campaign)

If you pay $200 now, u get a $100 voucher. So u need to pay $200 for $300 products at last

        • yes, you are right! and the discounts don't include shippings, so less than 33% off

        • Yea… 33% off is only based on (if you) spend the exact voucher value ($100) next purchase, the more over $100 u spend, the lesser the discount percentage…

it's a trapping for people to purchase again with them… people feels like they have a FREE $100 voucher, and probably forget how much they spent

        • Well, the vouchers do last a while, and COTD have deals that pop-up every once in a while. Sometimes the great QQQ also brings a free shipping code. So you can wait for a good one to come by then use your voucher which would make it well worth it.

I can't find anything really worth it this time round but last time there was the Sennheiser RS160 which was good! Look at it this way, if a deal like the RS160s were available again, you essentially could use the $100 voucher from the previous purchase towards this and pay $100 for another 2 RS160s and STILL have another $100 voucher waiting. No idea what I'd do with 4 RS160s… lol.

What won't make it worth it is buying another $100 worth of random items just because you have $100 credit. lol. Then again, this is OzBargain….the number of times I buy random things just because they are cheap…….

At this rate we might need to start OzB Anonymous (to help addiction …haha)

Will I get 50% voucher back if i use the voucher I got last time?

  • +1

Does this generally mean they have just jacked up their prices for the promotion?

  • I noticed if you add an item to your cart the option to buy "Club Catch" membership ($79) comes up. It's not really much of a deal this time around since they have updated the terms to specify minimum $20 spend for the "free" shipping.

  • is kayano 20 on 50% cash match list??
