Having website issues OP? Added my IG, selected a few pics… then linked my Facebook and now the site is virtualy unusable… hangs on trying to View My Cart…
Kudoz83 - What browser are you using? I've just tried it in firefox and safari with no problems…
Google Chrome, seems to be working now but took at least 5 minutes to connect and load after adding Facebook, might want a popup or something to warn people of that if they have big photo galleries. Also, is shipping combined on orders?

Ah yes I am aware of that one - my developer has it on his list of things I want changed on the site! :)

Oh and yes you can add as many of the sets as you like at that price in one order, and shipping will only be added once for the order.
I've tried that actually. If you make an order and add the code, when you try and add the code to the second order you get a popup which just says "Verify code". It then shows the total as if the discount was applied to both, but the moment you click the postage it only applies the discount to one.
Also, it shows certain facebook libraries as empty and without a cover picture.
Definitely still a few bugs to go, but nice site and design!
Okay i just made a few mods to the promo code, it should now let you add more sets?
Seems to have worked now. Just an idea though, maybe when someone clicks on "View my cart", have the page load the cart before polling IG / FB in the background to display all the selected images (which is what it appears to be doing)… otherwise it just looks stuck.
Might need to look at server and delays with the IG and FB APIs as well, because that was a bit tedious and FB is still only showing a small percentage of my albums (and even then some of them are don't have a cover picture…) might need to change the timeout response or have the page load FB albums AS they're pulled rather than all once completed?
Ordered 2 sets of 3" magnets though, looking forward to popping some on the fridge :)
EDIT: Reviewing the purchase history it appears there are 3 images missing from the second set even though 16 were chosen…?
Yes I can see that 3 images are missing - I will have to get you to email me those three to [email protected] and I will look into the backend to see what went wrong!
Is there any way of uploading our own photos rather than linking facebook?
Because i have some albums with custom security settings that aren't showing up plus many that weren't uploaded by me but have photos of me that i want to use.
Ditto to this - I'm pretty sure you should be able to access "liked" IG photos as well, would love to print on magnets some friends pictures etc from IG.
We'll add that to the list of desired functions for the future, good idea! :)

Yeah not sure how long it will take us to get mark 2 launched! At the moment the best bet is to make a new album with the images you like on facebook, or instagram them. Really appreciate the feedback guys!
We had an upload option to start with, but it kept dying under the weight of full size SLR photos, so we took it down while we tweak it a bit to limit file size etc. We do accept orders via email as well, but prefer the website obviously making it quicker for us to process.
For a moment there I thought it was Printstragram. Try saying that quickly 3 times in a row - took me a while but I finally managed to pull it off.
I am not sure where to go or how this works?
