In the cup you can expect lovely nutty chocolate with a red fruit (strawberries/cherry and raspberry). All in all, a delicious coffee that’s as super an espresso as it is a filter.
The estate produces natural (60%), pulped natural (10%), and fully washed (30%). This coffee’s fully washed in the traditional way, with full wet fermentation in clear mountain water.

The beans Pulped, Fermented in 100% natural water in tanks for up to 2 days and then 100% sun-dried giving the coffee a tropical, very aromatic, big bodied Kenyan fruit like depth with notes of brown sugar and white grape. Ranked 88.5/100 Q – Cupping Score.

      Yes I can see that they are slightly cheaper with their current deal however I am unaware of what coffee beans they are using in their blend and green coffee bean prices vary greatly! some of our geishas are as much as $100 per kg cost to us!!

      The Guatemala Plan Del Guayabo Pacamara Fully Washed offered in this deal for example costs us twice as much as many of our other coffees as it is a specialty coffee cupping at 88.5

      We like to vary the deals for our customers, some cheaper ones and some with a more extensive and higher quality single origin coffee options ;-) We don't want to just offer the same cheaper bean options all the time ;-)

      Also just some extra info, the reason we have 30g less in the bags is so that we can ship Australia Post Express for you as we have found this to be much more reliable than previous courier service

      Bit unfair to compare like that when they are not the same beans..

      Edit: Although I do wish Manna Beans would start offering lower quantity deals also. 1kg free postage would be perfect. 2kg is a bit hard to get through for me in the ideal drinking time after roasting.

      You can buy beans for $13\kg at ALDI. If all you are looking for is cost\kg - then go to ALDI.

      I personally have not tried the safari roast, I will probably give it a go at some point but they are an unknown to me at the moment. I know manna beans are indeed manna…

          I have a new slim hand grinder which is our equivalent of the Hario slim which we import directly.

          It's my last new one in a box. happy to do for $34.95 + $6.95 shipping for you. Otherwise shipping cost on the Hario Skerton if bought without coffee would be $9.95 :-)

      Sure thing! $6.95 for 350 paper filters or $16.95 for an Able disc fine re usable stainless steel filter :-)
