    I'm a bit confused about this. Looking at the pic I can't see where the CD player on it is - does it actually have a built-in CD player?
    Also wondering if the dock is for lightning or 30 pin?

      That is really stupid isn't it. It's not even on the product page about the iPod dock. It does say Top Loading CD though.

      The CD player is on the top back of the unit. The connector is a 30 pin connector (e.g. iPhone 4).
