rob farrell got put in the penalty box a while back https://www.ozbargain.com.au/user/104654 . iirc he was being rude to ozbargain members

  • -2

That doesn't mean he isn't good at training people. This is about learning a skill. Not about him personally.

lol his "2 minute site" wasn't very good. it was both poor and insecure. it certainly looked like it had been made in 2 minutes …

What's your problem Man! The guy has been doing this stuff for years and has taught thousands of people how to use Adobe software and build websites. Adobe themselves have used Robert Farrell to train their students.

Robert probably can be a bit upfront and i can understand why he may have been put in the penalty box. He knows his stuff and does a great job of showing people how to use software without having to be a coder.

Take some real timeout and find out more about him and then come back and give me the shits. But do your homework first.

This is not how you should be engaging with potential customers, even (especially) when they're baiting you.

        • -4

Salem I've been doing marketing and offering products for a long time there's a difference between baiting and being mischievous.

And i love a good conversation or debate. I'm not here to make people pissed off.

The funny thing is I'm the only one here prepared to put my real name and photo. I'm not trying to hide anything and answer questions openly and honestly.

I'm not offering something i haven't used myself. I believe in the training Robert offers so i'm very happy to promote it.

@markpeters: Have you heard of something called "privacy"? Yeah, that's why people don't put their name or photo in a loosely regulated website. You may have vested interest making money out of this, but others here are your potential customers, and they have a right to their privacy. It's not funny, not at all!

  • What's the benefits of this over Delivery Hero?

  • -1

I've never heard of Delivery Hero. I gather it is an ordering App.

This is learning and training about how to build a responsive Wordpress site
    for an online delivery menu.

Once you have learnt how to build them you can go and build them for local businesses
    that want and need this.

Have a look at the video on the page to get an idea of what you get

I think as it is OZBARGAIN we should have some more information around this:

Play with the plugin for free: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wppizza/
    Plugin Creator: https://www.wp-pizza.com

(Paid premium licences for more functionality).

Can't say anything about the course … looks more like a marketing and affiliate scheme than a course … the site does not look very professional in my eyes …

    • -1

It is not an affiliate scheme. Robert used to market all his trainings on Udemy. Go search and you will find his stuff there. He recently moved to his own portal and decided to market through people who have trained with his products over the years (his students).

I used to use Lynda.com but you have to pay by the month. Robert offers different courses for a one off fee for life or you can get a once only payment for an All Access Pass that includes all courses and any future courses. That's what i have and Paid a one off fee of $399.00

I have learnt how to use a lot of what Adobe offers through his training and also how to build responsive websites. He teaches you how to use products without having to learn coding.

He has about 60 people across the world (all students of his) partnering him in the sale of his training courses.

And as you appear to be very knowledgeable about this stuff please take the time to point me towards your websites or training portal.

When you are after free online courses for Adobe I suggest you check out www.creativelive.com … they have lots of PS or AI courses and show them for free when they record them … the cheapest source for quality training when you have flexible times.
