While our websites are similar we sell different products and I believe that our customer service is second to none in Australia.

I would like to order four chairs, but is there a way to see the chair first before ordering? it's because I have seen other shops having similar chair but the wooden legs have wood pieces chipping out near the joins, which I don't think is very nice. As for your 7 days return policy, since $99 has included delivery cost, how much freight cost do I need to pay for returning the chairs if I am not happy with them? Thanks!
I don't believe that $99 includes delivery cost. It is $99 + postage/delivery.

If you need to return the chairs the return freight cost is the same as the amount paid to send to you. If you are local to us in Melbourne Malvern East you can drop them off at our head office.
