I've been a casual reader of 4WD Action, and as I have just bought a 4x4 thought I'd look at subscriptions and came across this

If you don't ask you never find out. I don't really need to get all the spanners but the 15mm and the 16mm would be handy as I'm missing those in my current set and maybe someone would want the mags for ten bucks which is what it would cost me for one spanner. Anyway - no response so I'm getting something else.

It says " If your order is cancelled before all issues are received, payment will be pro-rated over the total number of issues available as part of the offer for the purpose of calculating any refund due"
Does this mean you could subscribe for 20 issues, receive the tools, and then cancel and get a refund for issues that weren't received yet?
Hmm I've read all the terms and conditions and it appears you could do that, although it would be pretty unethical and possibly illegal. I'm not sure exactly how the law would apply here as the wording hasn't included anything to stop you from doing this. But it would be reasonable for the seller to request a return of any free goods prior to refunding. The free goods are only free with the purchase of a subscription, and if you are ending the subscription then you reversing the transaction.
This would be kind of tricky if you're half-way through the subscription though. It's a bit confusing and I'm not inclined to do it. You may end up with a shit-fight all over trying to scam some free/very cheap tools.

on his video he says the first one is 49 not 69, maybe they upped the price ?

Just made this account to thank RedFoxAU for this deal. Have just started to repair my crashed car and the tools I've got lying around the house weren't cutting it. So I guess free mags!
