  • Can we get the link for flights from Melbourne please?

  • terms and conditions apply! no refund or no change of dates for flight. so make sure you are prepare to go on your flight on the day you chose. but great prices on the flights.

  • Until 2 days ago, there were similar prices with the ability to change the dates - this one with no ability to change for a few dollars less - I am not sure.

I'll still give it a positive.

    • the rates are same for what i have been looking for past month or so.. with the flexibility of changing dates and all.
so nothing really gr8 abt these fares..
wil surely give it a miss.

direct link for brisbane departures if this helps anyone:
    http://singaporeair.com/saa/en_UK/content/local/AU/TOTTW3_Vb…

also note that "Payment is by credit card only and will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of AUD25 per ticket." not sure if this is a new thing but it seems a bit steep and thus the advertised prices are a bit misleading, since you have to add $25 to whatever you see…

  • Argh, I keep on trying to book a flight leaving Melbourne on the 12th December to various places and get the message: The promotional fares are not available on the selected travel dates. The next best fare is shown below.

The dates seem to work out on the terms and conditions?

  • PER-SIN for $751. i just bought a ticket for $518 including tax last week from my travel agent. but $751 still cheaper than Tiger Airways for the dates i wanted to travel.

  • Just noticed that they are no discounts for Children on these promotions. Its one fare for everyone!

  • I just booked a flight to Indonesia via the website. Cost me AUD $837.70 altogether. I don't see the $25 credit card charge. Wat the heck? o.0 ??

But what I should have done was to ask Travel Agent and see if there's a cheaper deal instead of rushing to buy it. But $837 is soooo cheap. My sis paid $1300+ if i am not mistaken.

  • put your prices in the body or header, simply saying its good value doesn't mean its a bargain- tempted to go neg on that alone!

air asia is way cheaper though.

    • How much cheaper? If 50% cheaper then yes, but for , said, $100-150 cheaper on AA then I would go for SingAir anytime. Full service including food, personal entertainment - and service with a smile .

JFYI, I went to Singapore in late Jan/09 for around $1300.

  • Hi Squall3031, the offer is great! ,
understand the fare also includes a free stop over to Singapore, Do you know how we could change/extend the singapore stopoever for few days rather than accepting the proposed connecting flights on the next day?

    • do a multiple destination booking

  • Maximum stay is 35 days. My parents wants to go to thailand for 2 months at the end of the year. Would of been great if maximum stay was longer.
