  I remember having some problems with this last time.
  They suspected I was using the same voucher multiple times because of the survey code (which is 191 on my new one)
  and they wanted me to have a receipt.

    I do HJ + KFC survey and always use receipt with same respective code.

    Was hoping I can do 1 SW survey and use same code forever, can anyone verify?

    I just did the survey and notice
    "You must print voucher and attach to the receipt; and surrendered…"

    Is just the image on phone, fine?

  I wish they werent soft american cookie dough cookies, and instead had some crunch to them like they were actually cooked in an oven :(.

  And they are so full of sugar they actually taste too sweet.

  2) Ask for a receipt
  3) Fill in easy online survey
  4) Show voucher on phone and give them the receipt
