  • The price looks great on the Sandisk Cruzer Orbit 16GB USB2.0 Flash Drive, but the write speed is too slow for many applications and really I don't see much point in buying "little" drives any more. I find I need more than 16GB in so many applications these days. Either that or I can use one of my older little drives.

Great if you have children I suppose.

  • +3

Great price on the TP-Link Archer D7; everything else is fairly meh.

    • its realy $15 off not 20.. its 162 on their site normally

  • good price for the great TPlink D7 and remember to apply for the free AC adaptor.

  • Not happy that I bought this last Friday for $162

    FAR CANAL!

  • Is tp link good router? I read from other reviews it's not that nice..
Better wait for nighthawk dlink? Wouldn't you?

    • Which one? There's two on sale.

The TD-W8980 is crap. As are almost all sub-$100 routers. It uses a cheap Trendchip chipset which is only good if you're a short distance from your exchange.

The Archer D7 on the other hand is good enough for most folks. The 2.4Ghz range is a little lacking beyond 10 metres and it doesn't support Fibre, but other than that it's as good as most other $150 routers out there and is one of the cheapest 802.11ac modem-routers available right now.

      • Yeah the archer d7 I'm looking forward cause I'm having a problem with my Chromecast on my tpg router nb604n.
        Hopefully this could work
        Thanx for advice mate

        • get one, they work great.

the D7 is NBN compatible - the box even has a sticker on it.
2.4 works a lot further than 10 metres. I have one at home , it is upstairs and reaches downstairs through many walls to the other end with full bars, no problem at all.

        • Thanx guys bought one

  • These little drives are good for storing the Windows and Linux installs. I have for W8, one for Ubuntu…etc.

  • Any thoughts on how the Sandisk 16GB USB would go in the back of a WiiU? I know the preferred/recommended option is a powered drive or a y-cable in to a USB HDD, but if a USB stick like this would perform well enough maybe I don't need anything better…….? Thanks

    • I would assume it that this USB drive is just like any other.
