IRONMAN 4X4 WIRELESS FRIDGE THERMOMETER
Battery operated wireless thermometer designed for monitoring the temperature in any fridge/freezer. Sensor is fitted in fridge (supplied with a mounting bracket) and handheld display shows internal fridge tmeperature and ambient temperature from up to 25m away. This display will also show minimum and maximum temperatures and has a digital clock. Temperature range measured in fridge is -29.9 to 69.9 degrees Celsius, ambient temperature range is 0 to 60 degrees Celsius.

    Similar ones were $10 at bunnings a while ago, I checked a few bunnings locally and they didn't have them, this post was from a year ago.

    If your looking for a better temperature solution google "digital temperature controller 12v fridge" you can get cheap controllers for under $20 on ebay, you need to do some wiring though.

    Still at Bunnings Parafield SA for $9.95. Where the water hoses are, not actually on the shelf but hanging on the side of the shelf. I'm sure other stores would have them too just show the picture to one of the staff they might know.
