If you want to speak on technicalities, Bose can come out and say the promotion name is Half Price, and the below items are featured products in the sale. Legally they have done nothing wrong unless they say 'RRP $229, NOW HALF PRICE $115'. Just clever but unfortunately uncommon advertising techniques.

I think you should look again, there's only 2 products on the poster, none of them are half price - no other mention of any other Sale.

Yes i have a bit of marketing experience, i wouldn't say i have a lot of knowledge in that field, but i know enough in regards to wording. No i don't work for BOSE and no i am not speculating anything. I am just breaking the poster down into sections to show it's not what you claim it to be
You might also notice I already gave a + Vote to this deal because regardless of the wording I think the prices are good.

yes, the price is decent and definitely a great pickup for anybody wanting their first BOSE speaker/headphone.
I don't have to vote to agree this is a good deal…nor did i think to or felt the need to see whether you liked it or not. I don't believe that has any relevance to anything.
I'm not here to argue, just to have my input into why the poster is ethically incorrect, but maybe not-so technically.
But as i've just learnt from your 2 replies and half-assed reply to @manutd123, we don't get a say in this matter because you know best, and we are inferior to your knowledge.

I have a black one. One major gripe. iPhone with a case will not connect as extra thickness of the case at the bottom will prevent a proper docking.
