Anyone else coming up with an issue whereby eBay initially said cost is $9.99, you saved $9.09… then PayPal is saying you spent $19.08?
If you look in the paypal transaction details, there will be 9.09 promotional discount meaning only 9.99 was charged to you.

Problem was I was using the app and it doesn't break down the purchase far enough. I jumped on via explorer and can now see that only the $9.99 has come from my bank account!!!
Also, now that the confirmation email has come through it verifies the same thing!!!
