With my old Blackwidow, coming out of Lock screen would occasionally result in my Enter key getting locked (type password, press enter) and would open so much shit on my desktop. Of course I'm used to pressing enter to input my password, so every time it happened I had to quickly unplug my keyboard.
Funnily enough uninstalling synapse fixed it.
so is this a good deal or not? @ $34 shipped I was thinking it was worth getting, however comments don't seem too promising?
Razer products seem to be ok, but the software/drivers are stupid. If all you want is a keyboard then it's probably ok - but if you want to program the buttons or change the settings, then you have to install the terrible software.

Not with chiclet keys.
razer synapse is almost spyware tier. Why would a program for your keyboard or mouse require an internet connection to switch dpi? Am I missing something here? Easily the worst aspect of my Deathadder 2013.
