          @clarkey: I'll do try that via online form. Thank you. So based on that if I pre-order assassins creed unity PS 4 currently $69.95 I should be getting this for $59.95 when it comes out. I also went in store today to pre order Assassins creed and he said yes catalagoue price today is $69 but he could not guarantee this price at release date and said if it is 89 at release date it will be $79 for me at time of release due to the $10 Pre order bonus. That sounds like rubbish to me because I went into store and put my pre order down because it was $69 today but nowhere on the receipt is that actual price mentioned so a customer would have no idea what he needs to pay at pickup or what price was agreed on at time of pre order. Sounds like bs process to me.

          I'm getting a $10 voucher apparently. Must be because i paid partially with a $30 voucher i had.
          Only problem is the invoice says it's getting posted to an address i haven't lived for 3 years and is 2 hours away. No idea how DS got the address since i deleted it from my dick smith account years ago. :(

          Were they trying to tell you that they have advertised the preorder for the game as $59 in the catalogue, but that when the game is actually released, they might not sell it for that price? There is no way that is legal.

          I would try price matching at EB Games myself. When The Last Of Us was $49 for the preorder, I didn't trust that Dick would keep to their word or even have stock of the game so I went into EB and they matched the $49 no problems. I would usually suggest supporting the company who actually offers the low price, but in this case it's not worth the risk of being screwed over.

          @clarkey: yes, but I was referring to the website pre order price, he said it is 69 today but price may be different on release date. Then I offered to pay in full to guarante the current online price but he said you can't do that and just pay the $10 to reserve it. I think everyone just a bit confused with this pre order online price vs store price.

          @shadowarrior: mine was refunded back to my PayPal account, bloke above said since he used a $30 voucher with the order makes sense they'd try credit the voucher bit.. Could probably dispute that but getting into territory of time v reward

          I didn't hear from Dick Smith after the email saying they've forwarded my request, only Paypal notified me that I had been refunded. So if they refund to your card, you might not be notified.

    Anyone get Diablo shipped yet? I got an invoice earlier but it still says awaiting fulfillment on the ds website. Was hoping to get it on release day but seems i won't be now.

      Contacted DSE online sales department about Diablo 3 stock.

      They advised the warehouse had received stock today, and would be processing my order tomorrow for shipment. So we should have it by the end of the week.

      I also contacted them about the pre-order refund for both Diablo and Destiny as a few others have done and after providing catalogue screenshots, they advised they were sending it to the appropriate department to process the refund.

      No sign of a refund yet, and I have emailed them for a status update.

        Yeah I did the same regarding the Destiny pre-order refund (not sure about Diablo, how much could we back on that). Just twiddling my thumbs and waiting for shipping confirmation.

        Edit: Some guy on Whirlpool forums says he received his copy of Diablo III at his work today.

          @rysith: I just called up Dick Smith, guy said stock is out today and he reckons orders will be processed tomorrow for delivery by Friday. Don't know if he's just saying that or whatever. Another guy on Whirlpool also said he received his today.

    They were happy to cancel my order, but I'm not sure I want to given the cheap price plus pre-order refund.

      Yeah unfortunately got the same news regarding mine. Received the $5.00 refund through Paypal for it however. So $50 for a new release X1 game hopefully the wait isn't too long… Mate is long gone on it from release day now lol..
