          I had to purchase it as a guest, the code would not apply within my actual account. Even at the end when I tried to link the order to my email once it was processed as a guest, it said I couldn't.

          Tried contacting their customer phone number, basically a robot redirects you to Startrack's robot to ask where your order is. Wasn't able to figure out how to talk to a human to cancel the preorder

    Same as most people, bit the bullet on the Chrome Cast, $34 is a low enough price to be able to stream easily from my note to my tv. Thanks bravotwo!

    Also, is this only for online orders not click and collect? I tried to get the click and collect but it wouldn't apply the coupon code to it, only the shipping side. Don't know if it is something I was doing or a condition of the discount, either way saved me some $$!

      don't open the page, search for it, then add to cart, then checkout if you try and open the page you'll get an error. Dick Smith Website seems to be very broken.

    XB1 Destiny = $45
    XB1 Diablo 3 = $50
    XB1 Fifa 15 = $55

    As has been written above, can save further for Destiny and Diablo 3 by ringing up and getting the difference refunded for the $10 pre order saving, does not apply automatically at checkout, but as per the catalogue and married with the code. Pretty good for new releases!

        Yeah called through to customer service and they had no issue with the refund on both Destiny and Diablo (Diablo was $5 as online price compared to catalogue was already $5 cheaper), called right on the finishing hour for them so I can only confirm the physical refund (hopefully!) on Monday when it gets processed. Verbally confirmed with the rep it was to be a $15 refund via paypal.

          I think you can go from the angle that because it states nothing about being in store only in the catalogue to qualify for the pre-order discount, we should be right. I'd take the gamble there was no attempt at even trying to get around refunding me when I called through, although as I said I did call smack on finishing time on a Friday, the lovely customer I am.. Take the gamble, the games will be worth it anyway!

          @drb: I'm of the belief that's a load of crap, they'll dispute the discount has reduced the price but I'm in the stage of disputing that. Just comparing the preorder price in the online catalogue, to the subtotal price (before discount) it is clear it is different, and that is where they should match as online and instore if you preorder that is the price it should be, which we have. I think this is going to take a little while, once one dam breaks the rest will ;) I'm not to fussed about the actual $15 but I'm stubborn, so I'll press on!

I just said that I pre-ordered the game online, the price on the order says $69.98, the catalogue states the pre-order price is $59.98, so can I get refunded the difference?
