What are "Eneloops" ? And how many packs should I buy?

  • Good time to use your $10 COTD vouchers if you received them with your ebay orders.

    • +3

      Vouchers?

      • These $10 off ones which came with COTD deals ordered on eBay http://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/39370/24620/image.jpg

        • Did you get those with your ebay purchases or COTD purchases? Just checking as I made 3 on ebay and didn't get any..

        • @jdf: Purchases made on eBay from the COTD eBay store.

        • I only got FREE SHIPPING NEXT TIME voucher. Not as good as $10 off.

    • +1

      What vouchers?

the shipping kills the deal. Will just wait for another $20 deal from DSE.

Postage is $4.98 Australia wide, but that is multiplied by the number of packs you purchase. So postage for 5 packs would be $24.90 which is a rip off.

Keep an eye out and see if it gets listed on their ebay store. There is still free postage available till the end of the day.

  • dick sells them cheaper

  • note that this is made in Japan as compared to the recent one sold by Dicksmith, which is made in China

    • +1

      How can you be sure?

Edit: On the picture it has "Powered by Dick Smith"

The Sanyo 'up to 1800 cycles' version are made in Japan. The Panasonic, 2100 cycles, 65% after 5 years version is made in China.

Note, with the AAA's currently on offer, they are exactly the same ones as the eBay made in China ones sold by Dick Smith a couple of weeks ago.

Except, now they cost about 2x as much at $20 a pack (which is almost regular price).

  • That's still the sanyo
    old version.
