First time poster long time lurker. Using this app for a while and now it's free! Great to use when timing and logging workouts. Was worth it for $4.99 but can't beat the taste of free!

  I'd really recommend keeping your training data on something you can trust.

  I've lost 18 months of data, before and it would have been good information now, to see where I'm at.

  I prefer google calendar for logging.
