Low quality windmills made from plastic holders, wire frame, and synthetic cloth. Hundreds on the shelves and many were broken because kids couldn't stop fiddling with the goods. Two styles available as shown in the photo. Found in K-Mart Minto (NSW).

We bought one of these at 50c to use as a baby toy, thing, above the change table. Works beautifully. At 15c I'm gonna go grab a hatful.

I saw these at my local and most were broken, I immediately thought how quickly these are going to go to landfill and what a waste.

They should give them away to the kiddies and pesnioners
They had little bees and ladybirds with fans as well for 25c. So check it out if you are going. Stock was too low to post here.
