  • some description would have been useful. Plastic mesh a bit of a worry.

    • Mesh is stainless steel with Ultem plastic frame. Please visit the link for full description and video demo on the assembly and operation.

The product reviews linked is easily the best collection of fake user testimonials I've seen in a long while!

    • All our reviews are real. Negative and positive.

    • most people who give 5 star to this product only have one or two review.

prefect product VS not real review LOL

  • I can see 1really bad review
    Lol

  • are they all red? why not just make some white, or silver, or black.

    I'd rather spend a few $ more and get a Nutribullet…

    • Different machines, different textures, different soluble/insoluble fibre content etc.

This is an excellent deal. I paid over twice this price for an older model a while back that only came with one type of filter. This bargain has reminded me to buy the blank filter (which I'm currently ordering from another retailer) so I can make nut butters instead of using my high-speed blender.

I wouldn't compare this to a Nutribullet as that is a different type of product. This is a slow juicer that basically chews the food for you :-P The worst thing about this kind of product is the cleaning process. Oh, how I hate the cleaning!

the flavour of the juice out of a slow/ cold press juicer more than makes up for the few minutes of rinsing required.

  • The $440 RRP is the biggest load of BS ever. Also this S.J. has only 150 watts compared to the Group Buy deal not so long ago with 400 watts. I would recommend looking elsewhere. The 5 Star Chef model you see here (see link) on this eBay model was originally $571. So that shows how little the RRP $value means.

I did purchase the 5 Star Chef Cold Press Slow Juicer for $99 inc. delivery. It does a good job and has the power to squeeze stringier vegetables like celery and anything tough. Slow juicers do make a better/fresher juice than the centrifugal type.
