  • the ps4 deal is okay-ish

    • Yeah thought some deals were okish but still worth a mention.

  • OP, is there anything you personally are buying?

It's hard to tell what's good at Target due to a lot of their stuff being homewares and clothing that has no real cost price.

    • Not sure at this stage, will have to go have a proper look tomorrow.

    • Maybe Game of Thrones S1-3 Boxset DVD $58.40 (Catalogue price is $85, but I saw it instore and online today for $73) Blu-ray $78.40

Target need to take note of what other retailers offer compared to them before they offer hot deals. Target really hasn't been great since we saw the 15% off storewide a few years back. I guess that's why Target Aus is failing badly the past 2 years

    • If you read the inside of their Spring catalogue, it sounds like they're about to change to the Kmart approach of having less sales and more "everyday low prices".

      • Yeah that crap doesn't work because you will always have retailers like jbhifi or dick smith that have 1 day sales which end up cheaper than kmarts or targets or officeworks everyday low price

  • Target is usually okay for new release day video games, usually about 60 to 70 dollars. DSE is better though

    • Yeah I do agree some good prices on launch titles

Target Pillows and Quiets 30% Off

Somebody should probably change that to Quilts.

Hey all, some New release DVD's to mention

    Divergent - $14.40
    Amazing Spiderman 2 - $14.40
    Bad Neighbors - $16.00
    Noah - $16.00
    Lego movie - $12.80

Blu-rays will be about $20 which is not bad.

    • Doesn't look like Divergent comes down in price. Still showing as $18 for me?

Well my sources tell me that its going to happen. If not, there's going to be plenty of angry faces in the office on Monday.

        • I just checked online and the response was:

"This particular DVD is actually apart of another separate sale it looks like, so it has been marked down, and will continue to be so after today so you don't have to stress about making sure you get it today. Our products that are already marked down don't have an extra 20% taken off"

I thought $18 was just their price (Big W/Kmart are only $1 more).

Hopefully it might happen later in the day though :)

        • @chocsyrup: I can confirm that you are correct. I can see im going to have a bad day at work on Monday :(

        • @I2ichie:

          Good luck for Monday :)

      • Terrible film lol

  • +3

Also 50% off the artificial plants.

    • What a joke. The retail prices are rediculous

      • What a joke. The retail prices are rediculous

Uh huh. Maybe you meant ridiculous.

  • The PS4 is on sale as of 11:35pm on Fri night.

  • Consider:

    • Apple's iPad Mini (w/ Retina Display) seems to be available now, &

    • Kogan just had iPad Air (w/ Ret.Disp & A7 cpu): $390 shipped (16 GB, WiFi)

This deal is still active as well get $10 off if spend is $60 or more on Full Priced Electrical, Clothing and Homewares https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/157304 The online code is SPRINGTIME and there should be flyers instore. Although it says full priced items it worked on 30% clothing items for me online earlier this morning.

  • 20% off doesn't seems to be on Blurays. CA, Amaz Spider 2 still @ 25

  • So unlucky I just bought a quilt 3 days ago off their website…
