You mean a buggy half finished game with all the good parts taken out and added in as DLC?
Only reason to buy at EB is to price match. Otherwise never buy new release games there unless they're collectors editions. Same goes for HN. An 8GB download sounds a lot better than paying an extra $30.

Has less features than vanilla 3. By Vanilla 3 and you get a better game for cheaper.
