Credit to Aww's deal here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/160179 I was thinking about posting this deal even before I saw the 10% off code.

A solid entry level mirrorless camera with a big APS-C sensor, compatible with all the X Mount lenses. $429 before discount, $386.10 with. Free pickup in Sydney CBD, Bondi Junction, Brisbane CBD or Melboure. Othewise postage is $15.90.

Not sure on stock levels but I have bought a lens from Digidirect when on 10% off and got it on backorder at the lower price.

Kogan sell this for $449 plus postage
Harvey Norman sell it for $649

  • So tempted! This, the A5000 or the GM1?

I'm going overseas in late November so I wouldn't be able to get TRS off this either… but so cheap! Gah.

I was looking to buy a camera from Camerasky a while ago so I did a bit of quick research online to see if they are credible guys…I didn't get many good reviews…here is one of the link I visited -> http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2050831. Hope this info is of some use. Sorry if this is OT.

No. Stay away from CameraSky. I ordered a Sigma 60/2.8 in emount and received the lens in the wrong colour and it had scratches all around the barrel. Stay away from them.

    • Camerasky charge $68 delivery! Agree that has a better sensor though

    • please post link to show xm1 has a better sensor. xtrans sensors is not better than bayer sensors

      • No aa filter, less moire sharper

        • -3

still doesnt mean its sharper. search it up. they produce the same iq and in some cases the xa1 have better jpegs

        • hhaha look at these people. cant prove xtrans is better than bayer so have to neg me. proves that there are so many ignorant idiots on here

        • this is for the idiots. here have a read http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/52249359

Shame, it had always been $399 at digidirect, and 10% off storewide few times. Now it has increased when it should go down.

  • Code not working - I tried the code in the check out but received the error "There was an error applying your code - Please try again.".

  • -1

    Camera is $399 here

    http://gerrygibbscamerawarehouse.com.au/compact-mirrorless-c…

I think DD are game players sometimes. Why did they have to cancel this code so soon when there was no expiry?

They have also raised the price of this camera by around $40.

What's with the neg, this deal was $14 cheaper than what you've shared?

      • Um, the discount code does not work? As such, this is at least $30 more.
