Motorola Moto G 5" 2nd Gen $233 Delivered @ TGG eBay

200
CELEBRATE15

Good price for a phone just released.
Posted a similar deal for the moto G 4G from an eBay deal a few months ago. Thought this may help others looking for a well spec'd budget phone this time around.

          @tonyjzx:
          Guess its personal preference at the end of the day. Bigger screen vs 4G.

          I have the 4G version and would trade 4G for a bigger screen. Whatever floats your boat :)

          @Miniml: If you wait a bit, I'm willing to bet that they'll release a LTE model with all the new features.

          Another thing to note is to find a phone that supports APT700 frequency (LTE bands 28 and 44), which is what the next gen LTE networks in Australia will run on.

          It's a result of selling off the old analogue TV bands - the so-called 'digital dividend'.

        • I'll second that. Can't even get strong/fast 3G in many areas around Northern New South Wales and many other rural areas anyway. For those this is great.

          Great point happychappy on the newer 4G bands coming up. So many variables in 3G and now even more in all the colours and flavours of 4G, even talk of 5G on the horizon. Makes us update phones so often.

  • That's if they have stock, their feedback is terrible.

  • Those who are waiting for the next gen LTE networks, at that time you are going to change your mobile phone then.

  • Does this phone have the microSD issue like the 4G version?

  • For anyone still watching this thread and bought one, how are you finding the visibility of the 5" screen in daylight?
