Hi,
EB King is doing a cracking deal and I thought this deserves its own post. Willing to accept offer of $170 $175 minus 15% from eBay and 2% from cashrewards bring it to $141.40 $145.25 shipped with AU Stock and AU local warranty and tax invoice. This is the cheapest it's been! I believe, even from Amazon. I grabbed 3 but worth a shot at this price for single purchase. rep may advise differently.

I'd advise using WDIDLE3 when the drives arrive to change the park setting.

    It doesn't follow the Buy It Now rule but it did have exactly 10 remaining at time of post.

    click slowly if you purchase. I had a WD 4TB red from EB King in my watch list @ ~$214 but it jumped to $499 as a low/out of stock price when I went to pay

    Keep in mind, do NOT put these in a NAS, they'll fail quickly due to head parking. They arent designed for it.

      Use wdidle3. Only thing between this and the red is the head park which can be adjusted using the firmware tool

      You will often experience the same issue on a computer as you do on the NAS.

      These are bad drives if you don't modify them.

    Got myself a WD 4TB RED from EB KING yesterday for $178 after discount. He has totally sold out now :( Still Stock available from other sellers for $182 after discount. Trying not to but another drive as I only need one at this stage.
